Our 45-minute action packed boot camp classes will hit all 7 major muscle groups including a range of exercises that incorporate calisthenics, strength, and core work. Group fitness classes are lead by a highly qualified and motivating instructor. This dynamic makes these sessions ideal for anyone who wants to lose fat, build muscle, increase flexibility, and have fun while doing so!
